What to do if something is wrong with a charge, and what happens if a dispute is filed.

If a charge looks wrong, email us before contacting your bank. Most disputes come from an unrecognized billing descriptor or an order that arrived damaged, and both are faster to fix directly than through a card network.

What we will resolve without a dispute
An item that arrived damaged, an item that was not what was ordered, a duplicate charge, or an order that never arrived. The refunds and returns policy sets out the evidence needed and the window for claiming.
If a chargeback is filed
We respond to every dispute with the order record, the delivery record, and the research-use terms accepted at checkout.
Where a dispute is found to be invalid, we may decline future orders from that account. We do not pursue collection beyond the disputed amount.
Cryptocurrency payments
Bitcoin payments are final and cannot be reversed by us, by the customer, or by any third party. There is no chargeback mechanism. Anything wrong with a crypto order is handled under the refunds policy as a refund, not as a reversal.
