An order placed through this site is an offer to buy. No contract exists until we accept the order, which we do when we dispatch it.

We may decline an order for any lawful reason, including stock availability, suspected fraud, a failed address check, or where the order appears inconsistent with our Research Use Terms.

Every order requires the research-use certification described in our Research Use Terms.

Orders are accepted only from purchasers 21 years of age or over.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We take reasonable care with pricing, but errors occur. Where a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund it rather than fulfill it.

Bitcoin payments are processed by BTCPay Server, a self-hosted system that settles directly to our own wallet.

Bank payments are processed by Link Money. You approve the payment with your own bank, and the funds move from your bank account to ours.

We never receive or store card details or bank login credentials, and no card data passes through this site.

We ship to the United States.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

You are the importer of record for any international shipment, and responsible for any duties, taxes, and for confirming that the product may lawfully be imported into your jurisdiction.

A certificate of analysis is published for each lot and matched to the lot number printed on the vial.

Product descriptions on this site describe what a compound is and what it is studied for. They are not claims about safety or effect.

Our reference and educational pages summarize published literature. They are provided for background and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing, but they are not exhaustive and the literature changes.

Certificates of analysis are the exception: those are measurements of the lot you are buying, and we stand behind them.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product contrary to our Research Use Terms, including any use involving administration to humans or animals.

The content of this site, including text, imagery, and design, belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

We may change these terms. The version in force at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of California.
