Published research areas
Fields in which this compound appears in the published literature. These describe where the research sits, not what it concluded.
- Inflammation research models
- The largest part of the published literature, in cell and animal models.
- Epithelial and barrier models
- Investigated in laboratory models examining epithelial cell behavior.
- Fragment structure-activity work
- Studied as an example of a short fragment retaining characteristics of a much larger parent hormone, which is a subject in its own right.
What the analysis should cover
- Identity by mass spectrometry. At three residues the measurement is unambiguous.
- Purity by HPLC with method conditions stated — a tripeptide is very weakly retained on reverse-phase columns, so the gradient has a large effect on the reported figure.
- Net peptide content. This is where a very short peptide differs most from expectation: counterion and water can account for a substantial share of the weighed mass.
- Where supplied in a blend, each component established separately.
How to read a certificate of analysis covers what each of these measurements establishes.
Handling and stability
- Supplied freeze-dried and sealed within a blend.
- Residual moisture governs how long sealed material stays as analyzed.
- Stored cold, dry and dark in the container as supplied.
Why peptides ship freeze-dried sets out the reasoning behind these conditions.
Supplied by us
We supply this compound within the KLOW blend rather than on its own.
Four research compounds in one vial: 50mg of GHK-Cu with 10mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. Combined before filling, so it arrives as a single sealed unit rather than four.
